Mr. Milton McNair Obituary

Milton Ray McNair was born November 12, 1966, in Beaufort County to the late William McKinley McNair and Pauline Wilson McNair. Truck, as he was affectionately called, departed this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025.

Milton graduated from the Beaufort County School System. Milton found comfort in playing checkers at King Chicken with friends. Milton was always quiet and reserved, it wasn’t much that he would say, but he was always ready for a good laugh.

Milton was preceded in death by his wife Betty J. Latham; his brothers, William M. McNair, Jr., Ronnie E. McNair, Jessie J. McNair; a sister, Doris J. Wilson.

Milton memories will forever be cherished by his brother, Paul Wilson (Lisa); his sisters, Elvira (Doll Baby) Wilson of Washington, NC, LaKesha Deal (Gary) of Durham, NC; nephews, Clarence Godley of Goldsboro, NC, Tishaun Wilson of Wiley, TX, Ben Wilson Nigere Deal, Jacobi Deal, Jacari Deal all of Durham, NC; nieces, Tunicra Wilson of Dallas, TX, Crystal Wilson and Nalani Deal of Durham, NC; great nephews, Tesaunn Wilson, Downing, Landon, Braden Wilson; and and a host of other relatives, & friends. Milton passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved him.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at People's Memorial Chapel. The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM at People’s Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the Service in the  Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington,  NC
