Mr. Kevin Wayne Bailey age 60, of Plymouth, North Carolina, departed this earthly life on Friday, November 21, 2025.

A Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at People's Memorial Chapel, 219 North Bonner Street, Washington, NC 27889.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held  on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM at People’s Memorial Chapel. 

Interment will take place at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington, North Carolina.

The Bailey Family will be receiving family and friends on Thursday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 8 PM, at 510 Bayview Rd., Bath, NC 27808.
