Mr. Cleon Samuel Latham, Sr. 80, entered into rest on Monday, February 23, 2026.

Viewing will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at People’s Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will held at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the People's Memorial Chapel Washington, NC. Interment will follow in the Broad Creek Cemetery.
