Master Terrance Aundrell Guilford, Jr.

God blessed Terrance Guilford Sr. and Chastity Williams with Terrance Aundrell Guilford Jr. on October 25, 2018, in Greenville, North Carolina. He departed this life on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at ECU Children’s Hospital.

Againt all odds, Terrance Jr. fought to come to brighten his parent’s lives with love and joy. Like the true solider he is, he made it and made an impact on everyone that he encountered. Terrance was a first grader at Eastern Elementary School. He enjoyed going to school and interacting with his teachers and classmates. Afterwards and during the summer months, he attended the Child Development Center where he continued to enjoy everyone. He was well loved by all and enjoyed all the attention.

Terrance’s favorite activities were singing, listening to music, rolling on his mat and under the chair and on the bookcase at daycare. At school he won the superlative for best singer and best dressed for his class. His favorite song was Purple Rain. Terrance loved to hit those high notes. Whenever he was upset and needed calming, all that was needed was to play music. He immediately calmed down and was alright. He amazed people with his personality. If someone got on his nerves or made him mad, he had an eyeroll or cut his eyes in a way to let them know. The nurses got a lot of these, and they would laugh and apologize.

Terrance leaves to cherish his love: his parents; three sisters, Omni Williams, Malaysia Sellers and Aniyah Guilford; maternal grandparents; Nadine Lee and James Williams Jr.; paternal grandparent: Sherry Guilford Harris, great-great grandmother Mary Graham and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at People's Memorial Chapel. The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Deeper Life Ministries 4371 US Hwy 264 W., Washington, NC. 27889. Interment will follow the Service at the Oakdale Cemetery, Washington, NC.
